Trauma Sensitive Yoga - An Introduction

A brief introductory class to give you a little feel of the trauma sensitive yoga practice. You will be guided through gentle moving yoga poses inviting you to notice your natural breath, what you feel in your body and practice making choices based on what you’re feeling.
