private one-on-one yoga classes, sydney
A private, one-on-one class is a great opportunity to develop a customised practice based on what you are experiencing in your mind and your body.
In a one hour private yoga session we can explore some gentle moving yoga poses that are thoughtfully crafted to help you release trapped psychological and physical energy in your body. You will learn a variety of yoga techniques to connect to your body, whilst focusing on natural breathing to promote relaxation.
The yoga practice provides an opportunity to explore mindfulness as we focus the mind’s attention completely in the body in the present moment cultivating a sense of presence and embodiment. These classes are taught in a trauma sensitive way and are suitable for those who have experienced trauma, depression or have anxious feelings.
Private classes start from $130 per hour for an online session via zoom and a bit more for in person (as room hire fees apply). Concession rates and NDIS funding is available.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
